Tradition with fresh inspiration

The restaurant remains faithful to a venerable tradition, thoughtfully blending this with fresh inspiration and an exploration of flavours. Commitment to cuisine comes first, both in the conception of the dishes and in the exploration of paths that elevate flavours to the highest level. To do this, the restaurant uses a special Spanish Josper charcoal oven to add a unique note to the flavours. In addition to the flavours of continental and Mediterranean food, the gourmet experience is complemented by a selection of traditional Slovenian dishes. The taste of the selected dishes is enhanced by an extensive wine list, which consists of the best Slovenian, French and Italian wines, as well as champagne and sparkling wines.
